These Terms of Service apply to the use of the iOS app "CAMBER – Motorcycle Manager" and the website cambermoto.com. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Provider

2. Scope of Services
CAMBER is an iOS app for managing motorcycles, maintenance, fuel consumption, and receipts. The app is offered as a free tier (limited) and premium (paid, unlimited). We reserve the right to add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Premium features are available via monthly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are generally not available except as provided by Apple.
4. Free Tier
The free tier allows limited use (1 motorcycle, max. 10 parts). We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
5. User Obligations
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. Commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or tampering with the app code is strictly prohibited.
6. Your Data
All data you enter belongs to you. We have no access to locally stored data. Uninstalling the app or deleting your iCloud backup will result in data loss. We recommend regular iCloud backups. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, iOS updates, or accidental deletion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or completeness. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Liability is limited – to the extent permitted by law – to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
The app design, source code, logos, texts, and all other CAMBER content are protected by copyright and are the property of Jonas Karsubke. Any reproduction or use outside the app without written permission is prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the app after changes are announced constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence apply for EU consumers.
