This privacy policy applies to our website (cambermoto.com) and the iOS app "CAMBER – Motorcycle Manager". We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and all your vehicle and maintenance data stays locally on your device.

1. Website – Hosting
The website is hosted at DigitalOcean LLC (server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany). When accessed, the server automatically stores log files (IP address, browser, OS, timestamp), deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
2. Waitlist & Newsletter
If you sign up for our waitlist, we store your email address via Brevo SAS (Paris, servers in Germany) to notify you about the app launch. Unsubscribe anytime via the newsletter link. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
3. App – Local Data Storage
All data you enter (vehicles, maintenance, fuel entries, photos) is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data. Optional iCloud sync runs through your personal Apple account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
4. Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) for crash reporting. On a crash, the following is collected: stack trace, device model, iOS version, app version, anonymous installation ID, and timestamp. Your entered data, name, or email is never collected. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous usage statistics. Collected: anonymous app events, device category, iOS version, anonymous installation ID, country/region. Your personal data or identifiers are not collected. We do not request tracking permission (no IDFA). Opt-out: Settings → Privacy in the app. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
6. In-App Purchases
Premium features are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple – we receive no payment data. Purchases can be restored at any time via "Restore Purchases" in the app.
7. Camera & Photos
The app may access your camera and photo library to save photos of vehicles and receipts locally on your device. Access only occurs after your explicit permission. Photos are never transmitted to us or third parties.
8. Push Notifications
With your permission, the app sends local notifications for maintenance reminders. These are local notifications – no external server is involved.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)

10. California & US Privacy Rights (CCPA)
